what's the best annotated monkey genome?
Hello! I'm working with an African green monkey cell line (MA104), whose genome (as far as I know) has not been sequenced yet. Thus, I'm looking for the closest annotated monkey genome available. Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated

The rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta) is probably the most completely annotated monkey but check out the available genomes at UCSC (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway). Besides the rhesus they have the squirrel monkey, a baboon and a gibbon. I'm not sure which of those may be closest to your species.Originally posted by Leonardo View PostHello!
