Is it possible to schedule a job on a cluster using GNU parallel? If someone has a positive experience, please share an example of qsub script (our cluster uses SGI). For example, openmpi apparently can be used to reserve a minicluster, which could be used for non-openmpi jobs, but instructions available for us online are quite confusing. Quite possible I have misunderstood even whether it is possible
