Does anybody know if an MCF7 genome assembly exists? I'm not even sure if MCF7 is stable enough for such a thing to be meaningful.
Basically, I have a contamination issue in one of my libraries, and I would like to establish if the 80,000 reads I have are from the MCF7 cell line. (I appreciate that this figure is very small, and would make such a task extremely difficult.)
