I have one question can it be possible to give the column heading in the tabular format?
After converting from xml to tabular format it confusing to know which column representing what exactly.

The tool tries to mimic the BLAST+ output mode 6 (tabular), which (sadly) does not include column headers. BLAST+ does include column headers and a whole load of other comment lines in mode 7 (tabular with comment lines), but I find that very verbose and wasteful of disk space.Comment
