    miRDeep2 issues

    Hello,

    I have some issues about miRDeep2 and I hope you can help me.

    I am having problems during the analysis using the software miRDeep2.
    In my results the same mature microRNA appears from differents precursors with similar amount of reads, including similar values in different samples. Is it correct? Or is it a problem with the software?

    Does anyone can help me?

      Hello,


      Matures miRNA could be produced by one or more precursors, so your result may be good although I don't know miRDeep2
