CAP3 download

Hi everyone,

I would like to know whether anyone has a version of CAP3 that I can use for de-novo assembly of iontorrent data.

The website at the moment is down and I do not know where to get it. I have to evaluate a series of tools and have tried ABYSS-P, SOAPdenovo2 and Velvet, but they are cutting my reads into shorter reads. Only Ray seems to be working fine.
