SOAPdenovo2 standard deviation input?

Within SOAPdenovo2, where can i insert the standard deviation of my average insert size?

SOAP only uses the user given insert size to set a the minimum config size to inspect mappings on to do its own insert size calculations. Ie. If you tell it the insert size is 600bp, it won't uses mappings on 300bp contigs to estimate the insert size.

So just setting a rough number for your library in the config file is good enough.
