Coverage in given regions

Hello,
I'm trying to plot the coverage (bedgraph) in certain regions (bed). Is there an easy way to do so in R?

Hi Andrea, an easy way to draw coverage for your NGS samples is to use ngs.plot. It can accept a customized BED file or you can use the pre-compiled regions in its database. It is very easy to install and use.

The input format for ngs.plot is BAM, not bedgraph. However, I would assume BAM files are generally available for any NGS samples out there.
