    Hey there,

I'm looking for a way to blast (basically just blastn) sequences out of a java programm.
I know it is possible to just install blast and start it locally but is there a way to use the web interface? It is possible through biopython (and there it is fairly easy) but I can'f find it in BioJava...
    Any idead?

    Thanks,

    Phil
