    Repetitive microrna

    Hey, guys!

    I am watching my microRNA NGS data from plant. At one step of my study I found some novel microRNA, through hairpin creation. I found three hairpins with good MFE (near -20), but two sequences of probable novel microRNA looks like repetitive sequence what do you think about it? Is it artefact?
