    Vphaser-2

    Hello everyone,

    Is there anyone who is familiar with and has used VPhaser-2 can help me installing the software and getting an output from the testdata.The ouput that i receive is in binary form and the path is correct but the on x terminal gives me an error thatpath is incorrect kindly read the pdf if i am not clear....i am facing a lot problems to just get this to work....and i cannot figure out y!!!

    Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
