Hi,
I am just curious about what mapping parameters for a read (i.e. minimum length fraction, minimum similarity fraction, and maximum number of hits) CLC GW users in the Seqanwers community use and whether or not using different parameters for mapping ref. genomes from different organisms (humans vs procaryotes).
Thanks.
Aki
