I'm using the equine refFlat file from the UCSC genome table browser. It looks like it has the same fields as the DEGseq vignette, but it is giving me this error when I run DEGseq on my files:
Wrong refFlat format!
There is something wrong!
Please check D:/Data/refflat!
Any ideas about what I should be doing differently?
