    convert .legend/.hap/.sample to pedigree file

    Hi would anyone know how to convert .legend files, .hap files, and .sample files to a pedigree file?

    Some files I'm trying to convert include:

    ALL_1000G_phase1integrated_v3_chr22_impute_macGT1.legend
    ALL_1000G_phase1integrated_v3_chr22_impute_macGT1.hap
    ALL_1000G_phase1integrated_v3.sample
