    MiSeq Illumina output

Hi everybody, i'm confussed about how can i verify if the information obtained from a MiSeq Illumina sequencing of a transcriptome is robust or not.
I have a sequencing of three tissues obtaining a total of 29.603.685 reads of 151 bp lenght, taht where filtered and trimmed, and an assembly of the high quality reads, obtaining a total of 64.924 transcripts with a total of 53.409.526 bp. I need to know if the number of reads used are enough to verify if the information is robust or not.

Could you help me with that? Please help me with a reference too!

    Best regards!

Is there a reference genome (or one from a close relative) available? Do you have an idea of what the expected genome size is?

There is no reference genome, is a de novo analysis. And i don't know if there is a genome size expected because is a transcriptome analysis!

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
        by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
        by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
