tophat 1.0.12 installation

Hello Everyone,

Trying to get the new tophat up and running. This is what i think is probably the culprit in when configuring. I'd be happy to post the whole output.

greg@ ... tophat-1.0.12$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/bin/
...
checking for _Bool... no
...
checking for special C compiler options needed for large files... no
checking for _FILE_OFFSET_BITS value needed for large files... no
...

Can't get this one figured out. I've upgraded just about everything I could think of. Am I missing something basic here?

Hi Greg,
does the configure script end without any error? If yes, just issue "make" and don't worry about those options...
