    FAIL status for genes involved in fatty acid syntheis

    Hello SeqAnswers Community,

    I am working with a bacteria and am doing gene expression differential analysis with cuffdiff. Anyone know why I am getting a FAIL status in just one group of genes (34 genes) involved in fatty acid biosynthesis?
