Dear all,
I am looking for a published tool able to detect different expressed genes within population (a collection of individuals like A, B, C, D ...). It seems that all the popular DEGs analysis tools, like DESeq, edgeR and BaySeq, are aimed at case-vs-contral (or conditionA-vs conditionB) experiments.
I've found several papers did this kind of analysis, like Gene-Expression Variation Within and Among Human Populations. Unfortunately, due to vague description of the method and my poor knowledge of statistics, I can't understand and do it myself correctly.
Thanks in advance,
