indexed Small RNA library
Hello.. I am new to small RNA library sequencing. I want to do micoRNA analysis and what i have got is raw multiplex sequencing data that is indexed. I am not getting how would i process these files for alignment. Do i need to remove indexes? Is there need for something else.?? Help me please!!!
