Hello everyone,
We would like to invite you all to try out the latest version of Integrated Genome Browser (IGB). IGB is a free, easy-to-use, highly customizable genome browser you can use to visualize and explore genomic data and annotations, including RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, tiling array data, and more. You can download and install IGB using the BioViz download page.
We continually update and upgrade IGB to match current biological and computational technology; we have recently released IGB version 7.0, which includes new analytical features for RNASeq (such as the Find Junction feature), more graphical transformations as well as quality of life improvements including improved interface, and better export for higher quality images. In conjunction with this release, we are offering a free webinar "Intro to Integrated Genome Browser (IGB)". This is a 25 person first-come-first-serve event, but more sessions will be offered in the future. The webinar will be held on Wednesday September 11 at 1pm EST. Connection info can be found here:
Please feel free to join us! If you cannot make the session, we have an IGB Channel in YouTube, which provides a variety of short tutorials for getting started as well as recordings of our monthly "Focus on a Feature" webinar.
