    Sequence data volumes for different analysers

    Hi all,

    I am wondering if anyone knows the volume (in GB or TB) of SEQUENCE data that is produced by a single run of the major NG sequencers? I don't mean image files etc rather the processed sequence files.

    Fingers crossed for an answer

    Hugely variable depending on who you ask and the setup of the machines, but this table might give you a steer:
