Is code "j" a new code?

The previous version had only code "o"...

  • #2
I run cuffcompare for my assembled transcripts gtf file with the reference gtf/gff3 file. And I just found that similar situation (exon shared) in one species were annotated as code "o" and in the other species as code "j".

Is it because of the difference in format of gtf and gff3? Thanks.
