Hi folks,
Wondering if anyone knows how to get a amos utilities to spit out a key showing the relationship between amos bank's IID for a read and that read's original name. I'm trying to get a list of reads in assembled contigs as described here:
bank2contig -S asm2.bnk/ >asm.tsv
This spits out what I need, but I have then need some way to relate the read IID to the read's original name. Ideas?
Thanks!
Lizzy
