Hello,
I am trying to run Crossbow via the Web Interface. My EMR job keeps failing. I think its because of the .manifest file. My manifest file contents are as follows
http://bucki.bmi.ohio-state.edu/hpc/...125.1M.1.fq.gz 0 http://bucki.bmi.ohio-state.edu/hpc/...125.1M.2.fq.gz 0
Can anyone please correct my manifest file if it is wrong?
