Hi!
I'm running bfast under Fedora Linux 14. I was trying to use bfast 0.7.0a and
the most recent development version.
"Bfast match" produces empty ".bmf" files. When it finishes there is no information about any error.
The next step "bfast localalign" works for empty ".bmf" files, and there is no any error message again. Of course ".baf" files are also empty.
Have you ever have the same problem?
PS. Creating indexes failed under the bfast 0.7.0a. Indexes are produced under the newest version.
Greetings!
