I would like assistance with interpreting my data analysis results.
I did a univariate analysis of my snps and when I proceed to do the multivariate analysis. Some snps which were not significant in the univariate became now significant. I had adjusted for sex, age and BMI. What my have made these snps to become significant in the multivarites analysis while there were not significant in the univariate analysis.
Is is because of the EMP 1 which I am using to and not the p -value
