Finding the coordinate of combined bed file

Hi All,
Does any body know if there any bed tool or any other tool to solve problem like this
I have a combined bed file . which I created from 9 bedgraph file which I made them bed file ( which has 5 row bed )
chr1 10000 10001 pos 2
chr1 10000 10001 pos 5
chr1 10000018 10000054 pos 1
chr1 100000054 100000090 pos 1
chr1 100000109 100000145 pos 1
chr1 100000196 100000232 pos 1
chr1 100000340 100000376 pos 1
chr1 100000414 100000450 pos 1

what I want to do is
there is like bed file like this
chr1 100 280 pos
chr2 180 250 pos
I want to have the score for 100-180+180-250
I used the merge bed scores sum options which I guess is doing like this
It is giving me score from 100 to 280
