Cufflinks 2.1.1 does not run on my mac mini. Any one has similar experience?

What version of OS X are you using? Did you download the pre-compiled binary? What error message are you getting? -
My mac runs OS X 10.9, the newest version. Before I upgrade, cufflinks 2.1.1 does not on this mac. Now, I use cufflinks 0.0.9 however this version does not have cuffmerge. Cufflinkss2.1.1 does not give any error message, just jump to the next line and stay there with nothing come out. I have samtools binary.Originally posted by GenoMax View PostComment
