coverage calculation - Bedgraph files

Hi All,
I have several bed graph files . If suppose in file 1 coverage is represented as and file 2 as second line
chr1 12340 12350 12
chr1 12342 12353 23

I want my output to be

chr1 1230 12341 12
chr1 12342 12350 35
chr1 12350 123 23

Does any one know if there are any tools to do that or what is good way to solve this problem ?
