    Why could I not load gage?

    Hi every one,
    After I started R again and seted the same directory as last time, why I could not load gage with command---library(gage) and got the following information:

    > library(gage)
    Error in library(gage) : there is no package called ‘gage’

    Is there any who can give me a solution for this problem?

    This should be specific to your system, and not a problem for Bioconductor or gage. For example, you’ve installed gage in one version/copy of R and you entered another version/copy of R. Or you’ve installed gage in a secondary R library path (as you don’t have admin access to modify the primary path), and then it is removed by your system somehow. Anyway, no sure exactly what happened without access to your computer.

        Richard has bee using gage based on his prior posts.

        Sounds like something went wrong. May require a reinstall.
