About BEAGLE Markers files

Hi everyone

I am a new user of BEAGLE. I am going to perform haplotype phase inference and missing data imputation by BEAGLE.

After read the manual , I am confused about "Markers files"

Is the Markers files created by user? Where are the markers come from?
