how many individuals have a pathogenic variants

Basically, I would like to see the frequency of pathogenic variants in a set of genes, from 1KG project.

I downloaded the corresponding area of the genome, from 1KG and ran VEP (Variant Effect Predictor) on it. However, to me VEP output neither include information about frequency nor about samples.

I hope my question is clear ! I appreciate your help,
