Hi everyone, i have a problem. Now i have a sever but i'm only a user so without root (permision denied). I want to use velvet and velvetopitimser. Can anybody help me?

You should be able to download a copy of velvet and compile it (make) in your home directory.
Then either add the location of your copy of velvet to your path, or use the complete path to the velveth and velvetg binaries every time you run velvet.
