    software search?

    Hi everyone,

    Do you know any software enabling to make a stack height profile for all
    continuous regions covered by extended tags with estimated DNA
    fragment length regardless of paired ends or not, rather than calling
    peaks? or just generate a coverage profile for all extended tags?

      Try FindPeaks, it is good at making wiggles.
