Allpaths installation and usage

Anyone tried allpaths from Broad? I just wanted some idea on how usable it is and how efficiently it works on Solexa data.

A postdoc in my lab was attempting to try it. One consideration is that you need two different clone libraries for it to work: one small insert and one large.
