    public 100X WGS dataset

    Hello everyone,

    I would need to run some benchmarks of Parabricks (for Germline and Somatic pipelines) in order to evaluate our system (an hpc cluster) performance on a public 100X WGS dataset. Do you know any public dataset I can download for this purpose?
