I am a computer science PhD student working on a decision support framework that will assist users in selecting the best tool and pipeline for their High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) data analysis based on the goal and constraints they provide to the system.
I am collecting user feedback on the types of analyses and decisions when selecting the HTS tools and constructing pipelines.
