Hello - I have been running in circles trying to convert fastg to gfa. The tutorial that I’m following has a link to a script written in C, but I don’t know how to run a script like that. This script is a misc folder of a program that I have installed, but I don’t know how to run something that is not in the main program. I was hoping someone here has some suggestions. I can’t find an alternative program to do this file conversion either. Any thoughts, please?
