Hello,
Recently I've encountered problems with finding sufficiently big and recent single-cell RNA datasets in which cell-type grouping (clustering) was prepared with a method other than clustering. I saw some studies using for example Tabula Muris dataset, but treating cell-type labels obtained with some clustering method as a ground-truth to compare different clustering algorithms is completely nonsense.
