Hello,
I'm trying to create a custom database to use with Kraken2 and further Bracken. I've tried adding my custom genomes followed by the libraries (viral, plasmid, archaeal, bacterial) one at a time and then adding the bacterial library (which is larger in size). When adding the bacterial library to the database, the server seems to get stuck and is unable to process it. I've seen other users mention having similar issues when creating larger databases and I'm wondering if anyone has found a way around this or has any suggestions. Thanks.
