Detecting Ring Chromosomes with Long-Read Sequencing Data

Hi everyone,

I am working with long-read sequencing data (ONT) and I am investigating a ring chromosome. I was wondering if it is possible to detect such structural variations using IGV, or if there are other tools or websites better suited for this kind of visualization.

Has anyone worked on a similar issue? Any suggestions on tools or pipelines would be greatly appreciated!
