Instats is excited to offer a 2-day seminar, Single-Cell Analysis with Bioconductor, running livestreaming September 5 – 19 and led by Director of Computational Biology from Harvard Medical School, professor Ludwig Geistlinger. Over four live sessions you’ll work in R/Bioconductor to learn end-to-end workflows: data import, quality control, dimensionality reduction, clustering, cell-type identification, multi-sample differential expression, and effective visualisation. The course also demonstrates seamless hand-offs to Seurat, Scanpy/scverse, and public atlases (e.g. Human Cell Atlas) so you can integrate reference annotations or environmental metadata.
