    Registration is still open for our upcoming online course: Sex Chromosome Evolution.





    Dates: 6–10 October - Time: 2–8 pm Berlin time

    This 5-day course will guide participants through the use of genomic and transcriptomic data to detect sex chromosomes and study their evolution. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises, you will learn to:

    Identify sex chromosomes from genomic data

    Explore recombination suppression and gene expression differentiation

    Analyse genome divergence and dosage compensation
