loading in EagleView

Hi,

I m working on illumina data for sequence assembly. My final ace file is 8.9 GB and EagleView is unable to load it. can anyone help me how to successfully load this large data to view its alignment in EagleView.

I gave up on EagleView and now use Tablet (http://bioinf.scri.ac.uk/tablet/) - I've not tried it with an ace file that big though, but it's worth a try. Tablet is much easier on the eye!
