    Realigntargetcreator

    Hi everyone
    I need to share a thought regarding indel realignment tool i had run that tool without using any known INDEL file as i checked many examples where it was done without that. if this is wrong can you guide which known data set i shall use to run Realigntargetcreator /Indel realigner
    can i run this with 1000G_phase1.indels.hg19.vcf.gz Regards
