Hello everyone,
I am writing to ask about tools that perform gene burden tests that are already written and will work on a VCF file.
I am aware there are many types of tests, like CMC, CAST, WSS and many many more, but I'd like to hear about all of them rather than just one of them.
Also, as far as programming language, I am not too picky but a webtool might be my first choice followed by something written in R or a command line tool.. but if you know of one not fitting this description, I still want to hear about it.
