    Galaxy Fetch Sequence for negative Strand

    Hi all,

    I am using Galaxy "Fetch Sequences" tool to get the sequences of the following:
    chr16 55513080 55540586 MMP2 1 +
    chr11 102391238 102401478 MMP7 1 -

    I am wondering if the sequence that I get for the negative coordinate (i.e second row) is already reverse-complemented or it is in positive strand (and I have to do reverse-complement)?
    How can I check that and/or confirm that?
