    Working in MiReap

    Can some one please Help me in the analysis of miReap software?

    I am newbie to this bioinformatics analysis. I am trying to predict the novel miRNAs in Rice during salinity stress conditions. I have gone through articles. In that they mentioned they used miReap software. But in the miReap software page i have not got the full detail of how to install and work. I have got some little informations only. If any one in this forum can you please help me in this regard.

      Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
