    TOP mRNAs in DBTSS or UTRdb

    Hi,

    I need a list of known TOP mRNAs (genes that have a terminal oligo-pyrimidine sequence at the 5’-end of mRNA) and I have seen that few papers cite the DBTSS version 8.0 for the database from which they got the TOP genes.
    Does anyone knows how I get this data from this site?

    In addition, I have downloaded data form UTRdb where they also give this information but for some reason, genes that found to be TOP mRNAs in few papers according to DBTSS are not considered as TOP mRNAs in UTRdb...

    Does anyone has experience in this field?
