    snp tree

    I have several mapped bacterial genomes- where I called the variants and determined their effect using snpEff- but now would like to create a snp tree- How could I combine every strain's variants to get one file containing a comparison between all strains including the reference? (is there a perl script for this). then would like to draw a snp tree?
